From “we need a website” to live.
Six steps, most of them mine. You spend about ten minutes telling me about your business, review one live link, and approve. I handle everything in between — and after.

Step 1: Tell me about your business
You fill out the Neon Toad project form: what you do, who you do it for, what makes you different, and anything you already have — logo, photos, links. It usually takes about ten minutes.
You don’t need to know what pages you want or how websites work. That’s my job.

Step 2: Research & content
I dig into your business and your market, then write the first draft of your content and plan the structure of the site — which pages you need, what goes on each, and what visitors should do next.

Step 3: Design & build
I design and build the working website — the real thing, running on a real link, not a static mockup you have to imagine. Mobile, forms, click-to-call and SEO foundations are built in from the start.
Your partStill nothing. I’ll reach out if I need anything.
Step 4: Client review
You get one live review link. Click through it on your phone and your computer, then send your changes as one list. Two consolidated revision rounds are included.

Step 5: Launch
Once you approve, I take it live and connect everything behind the scenes, so your site is secure, measurable and visible to Google from day one.

Step 6: Website care
Website Care starts the day your site goes live. I handle the technical side — hosting, monitoring, security and updates. Need new photos or different hours? Send a message. Up to 30 minutes of minor updates each month are included.
