Do I need to write my website?
No. I write the first draft of every page from your onboarding answers, your reviews and a look at your market. You read it, tell me what’s off, and I fix it.
Do I need my own photos?
Real photos of your work are best, and phone photos are usually fine. If you don’t have many yet, send what you have and we’ll figure out the rest together.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain should be registered in an account you control whenever practical. If you already own one, it stays yours. I can handle the DNS and technical setup, but Neon Toad doesn’t take ownership of your domain.
Can I cancel Website Care?
Yes, once your Website Build obligations are complete. With Own Your Website, that means the $2,000 Website Build has been paid in full. With $0 Upfront, the first 12 monthly payments are a minimum commitment. After that, Website Care continues at $97/month and can be cancelled under the terms of your client agreement.
What if I want to move my site somewhere else?
Once your Website Build obligations are complete and your account is current, I’ll make your paid-for website files and client-owned assets reasonably available upon request. Migration to another hosting provider, configuration of that provider, or troubleshooting after transfer isn’t included in Website Care and can be quoted separately.
What does Website Care include?
Hosting, SSL, deployments, monitoring, version history, routine technical and security maintenance, keeping your contact form working, and up to 30 minutes of minor content updates each month — new photos, updated hours, a tweaked service description. Unused time doesn’t roll over. Redesigns, new pages and new features are quoted separately or billed at $125/hour.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Every site launches with solid SEO foundations — clean structure, page titles and descriptions, business details for Google and Search Console — so you start in a strong position.
What happens if I need more than five pages?
Additional standard pages are $200 each. Other work outside the included scope, like online booking or a custom feature, is $125/hour in 30-minute increments — or a project price we agree on before any work starts.
